First 24-48 Hours After Filler

Proper care after filler application affects the quality and duration of results. With over 30 years of experience, I share the most important care steps.

Immediately After (First 4 Hours)

• Don't touch the application area
• No makeup for at least 4-6 hours
• Apply ice: 10 minutes on, 10 minutes off
• Keep head elevated - don't lie down

First 24 Hours

• Don't consume alcohol
• No intense exercise
• Avoid hot environments
• Drink plenty of water

Normal Expectations

• Swelling: Can last 2-7 days
• Light bruising: Resolves in 1-2 weeks
• Redness: Decreases within hours
