How should HIFU, filler and botulinum toxin be sequenced in one plan?

There is no single universal order for HIFU, filler and botulinum toxin on the same or nearby dates. Overlapping anatomy, the device's target depth, filler material and location, the toxin's target muscle, emergency monitoring and the ability to attribute an outcome all need to be planned together.

Why does sequence vary by person?

The energy layer may overlap the position of previously placed filler, while oedema and tenderness can obscure assessment of a later procedure. Toxin effect and filler volume emerge on different timelines from HIFU-related remodelling. Retrospective combination data may show no obvious safety signal, but cannot exclude rare events or establish the ideal interval for every product and device.
